Ready to Wear Clothing

At THE ABAYA COMPANY customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like to return your item for a refund or an exchange, you can do so by returning it to us within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchange for items beyond the 10 day period.

To return an item, please email us within 48 hours at info@theabayacompany.com with your proof of purchase and the reason you would like a refund/exchange and we will provide you with the relevant address to return the item. 

Items can be sent back using any courier, but we recommend a tracked service since we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by THE ABAYA COMPANY and must be paid for by the sender.

Once we receive your package please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return request. You will receive an email notification once this is in process.

For a full refund, we will need to fully inspect the item to ensure it is in its originally packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use. Once your request for an exchange or refund has been approved, your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the initial payment. International customers should bear in mind that when returning goods, they must clearly state that the package contains ‘returned goods’ as THE ABAYA COMPANY will not pay any UK customs on returned goods and the package will be returned to sender. THE ABAYA COMPANY will not refund any charges/tax you may have incurred when returning or receiving goods.

Scarves and Hijab Caps

For hygienic purposes we cannot process refunds or exchange for scarves or hijab caps that have been opened and not in their original packaging.

Altered Clothing and Items Purchased on Sale or Promotion.

If you requested alteration to your clothing of length or bust size, then you no longer qualify for an exchange or a refund. Please check all the details carefully before purchase to make an informed decision. Items purchased as part of a promotion or on sale do not qualify for an exchange or refund.
